Purzafarosh provides warranty support on selected products depending on the manufacturer’s policy and product type.

Repair tools such as microscopes, power supplies, soldering stations, heat guns, and other equipment may include a limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

The warranty covers technical faults caused by manufacturing defects under normal usage conditions. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, physical damage, water damage, or improper installation.

If a product develops a fault during the warranty period, customers should contact our support team with order details and a description of the issue. Our team may guide the

customer for troubleshooting or request the product for inspection.

In many cases, replacement parts or repair assistance may be provided to help customers restore the product to working condition.
